Tikkivo Product Feeds reads your Shopify product catalog, inventory locations, translations, publications and market settings to generate the feeds you configure. It does not request customer or order data.

Catalog snapshots, configurations, encrypted access credentials and operational run records are stored on our server. Published feeds are accessible to anyone holding their private URL; share it only with the intended destination. You can rotate a URL or delete a feed.

Uninstalling revokes feed delivery, stops jobs and removes Shopify sessions. Shopify’s shop-redaction notification deletes retained shop records; artifact files are removed by retention cleanup. Contact us for deletion or access requests.

Shopify and your chosen feed destinations process data under their own policies. We do not sell merchant information.
